Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WealthGlitch Suite ("Service"), operated by WealthGlitch ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted. 2. Subscriptions, credits, and billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe and renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that refreshes on renewal and does not carry over. One-time credit top-ups are added to your balance and remain until consumed. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; renewals after the change date will use the new price. 3. Cancellations. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to your plan until that date. We do not pro-rate partial months. 4. Refunds. Paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase — see the Refund Policy. One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. 5. Acceptable use. You may not: (a) use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract model weights or prompts; (c) resell or sublicense the Service itself; (d) use automated means to access the Service outside documented interfaces; (e) circumvent rate limits, credit metering, or access controls; (f) use the Service to build a competing product using our outputs as training data. 6. AI-generated content. Outputs are produced by third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) based on your inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on or distributing them. You must not represent AI-generated outputs as human-authored where the law requires disclosure. 7. Your content and license. You retain ownership of inputs you provide and outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying AI model providers' terms. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not use your inputs or outputs to train foundation models. 8. Intellectual property. The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your content), is owned by WealthGlitch and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or logos. 9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, for suspected fraud, or to comply with law. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings. Sections 5-12 survive termination. 10. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements. 11. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. 12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. 13. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. 14. Contact.
