Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with WealthGlitch Suite. This policy explains when refunds are available. 1. 7-day money-back guarantee (subscriptions). New paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you email support@wealth-glitch.com within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and cancel your subscription. The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only; renewals and subsequent plan changes are not covered. 2. Renewals. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel from Settings at any time to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. 3. Credit top-ups. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed. If no credits from a pack have been used, we will refund the purchase on request within 14 days. 4. Exceptions. We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or the Service has been abused. We may issue refunds at our discretion outside this policy (e.g. prolonged outages). 5. How to request. Email support@wealth-glitch.com from the address on your account with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days; the time for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank. 6. Statutory rights. This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which remain unaffected.
